OUR STORY
Ntoswura was created in response to a common challenge in Ghanaian homes and markets — too much waste during abundance, and too much stress during scarcity.
Every year, large volumes of fresh tomatoes go to waste during peak seasons, while households struggle with high prices and inconsistent supply during off-seasons. At the same time, preparing meals from scratch can be time-consuming and inefficient.
“What if fresh cooking could be made easier without losing its authenticity?”
That question led to the birth of Ntoswura. We are a Ghanaian food brand dedicated to producing natural, ready-to-use tomato-based cooking products that make everyday cooking easier, healthier, and more reliable.
